SAME-SEX CIVIL WEDDING IN ROME

Finally, this same-sex civil wedding in Rome is really happening!

Antonello and Fabrizio will have their marriage in the town hall “Campidoglio” near the ancient ruins of the Roman forum.

Antonello is a special person to me. We’ve always kept in touch over the past 25 years. He finally found his soul mate Fabrizio and I was very excited to meet him for the first time. In the morning we all chanted some Daimoku, our buddhist mantra and immediately we felt connected.

 ‘Antonello Dose’ is popular in Italy thanks to a very successful morning radio broadcast called “Il Ruggito del Coniglio”.

Lately, he wrote an autobiography entitled “La Rivoluzione del Coniglio”.His book is full of surprises, it’s a gift, it’s a page-turner, you don’t want to stop reading and following him through his journey.

This book allows you to get a taste of the Buddhist perspective of life.

I felt honored and afraid at the same time when he asked me to be their official wedding photographer.

This same-sex civil wedding in Rome was great and so emotional but at the same time so simple and intimate. 

“A new family starts when two people love each other, like me and Fabrizio”. Those are the words of Antonello getting married to Momo.
