What a beautiful destination wedding in Vevey,Switzerland!
Jeanine and Jean-Pierre called me to be their Swiss destination wedding photographer !
J&J got ready and celebrated their wedding at Grand Hotel Du Lac. The protestant religious ceremony was in the historical center of the city, at the gothic Saint Martin’s Church.
Vevey is a charming town of the canton of Vaud which is right on the Geneva lake. In this place, there is a magic crisp light and you can breathe the clean fresh air coming from the French Alps.
I was enchanted by this amazing place and completely in love with this sophisticated but emotional couple. Families and close friends came from all over the world to join their special day.
J&J looked like two Hollywood stars. They both had a very defined and elegant personalities. I tried to capture with my images their emotions and their special relation. I could feel so much love and attention for every guest and for every detail . As A result during the aperitif people wrote greeting cards tied to flying balloons: writing special wishes for the newlyweds.
At sunset, we went together to take some pictures in the terraces of Lavaux’s vineyard. The sun started to go down and there was a unique atmosphere.
The light turned into love colors to my eyes !
The newlyweds changed clothes and joined the wedding dinner that took place in the halls of the grand hotel du lac.
This destination wedding in Vevey in Switzerland was a dream wedding.
For this special event, a had a great second photographer Simona Aru coming from London. Simona is also one of my best friend and was the right person.
